1. Service Agreement

By engaging Byrd's Lawn and Landscape for services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include lawn care, landscaping, tree services, and related outdoor maintenance.

2. Scheduling and Access

  • Regular service schedules will be established based on weather conditions and seasonal requirements
  • Customer must provide reasonable access to property for service delivery
  • Gates, sprinkler systems, and obstacles should be clearly marked
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly services are billed monthly in advance
  • One-time services require payment upon completion
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee

4. Service Standards

We maintain high standards for all services:

  • Professional, uniformed crew members
  • Marked service vehicles for identification
  • Quality equipment and materials
  • Clean-up of debris and clippings
  • Respect for property and privacy

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Byrd's Lawn and Landscape is fully licensed and insured
  • We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance
  • Customer should report any damage or concerns within 48 hours of service
  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems or hidden obstacles

6. Service Modifications

  • Service changes or cancellations require written notice
  • Monthly services require 30 days notice for cancellation
  • Additional services may be quoted separately
  • We reserve the right to modify services based on property conditions

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear access to service areas
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Mark sprinkler heads and fragile plantings
  • Provide timely payment for services
  • Communicate any special requirements or concerns

8. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Rain or wet ground conditions
  • Extreme heat warnings
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unsafe working conditions

9. Referral Program

Our referral program offers:

  • 50% discount on your next invoice when referred neighbor becomes a customer
  • Referral must result in signed service agreement
  • Discount applies to monthly service customers only
  • Program terms subject to change

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • Direct communication with management
  • Good faith negotiation
  • Mediation if necessary
  • Florida state law governs all agreements
